Configure Service Desk Integration
To enable CA Identity Manager to communicate with your service desk solution, configure service desk integration.
Follow these steps:
- In the CA Identity Manager User Console, go to System, NIM SM Integration, and click Configure Service Desk Integration.
- Select your service desk solution from the drop-down list.
- Enter the connection settings for your service desk solution and click Submit.
Note: For more information, see the connections settings section for your particular service desk solution.
