User Tab
Use this tab to specify user and information such as setup profile and job-specific information for the Lotus Notes/Domino account.
The fields in this tab are listed below:
- Company Name

Specifies the name of the company for the Lotus Notes/Domino account.
- Location

- Specifies the general location of the office of the person who owns the account.
- Size/Type: 64 characters
- Comment

- Specifies additional information about the person who owns the account.
Size/Type: 128 characters
- Office Number

- Specifies the office number of the company for the Lotus Notes/Domino account.
- Size/Type: 64 characters
- Employee ID
-
Specifies the employee ID of the person who owns the Lotus Notes/Domino account.
- Setup Profile

- Specifies a profile for the Lotus Notes/Domino server. This profile is used when the account is created on the endpoint.
- Size/Type: 64 characters
- Job Title

- Specifies the designated position or function of the Lotus Notes/Domino account. You can use the %UT% rule string to generate the job title from the global user's job title.
- Rule String: %UT%
- Size/Type: 32 characters
- Department
-
- Specifies the department of the Lotus Notes/Domino account. You can use the %UDEPT% rule string to generate the department from the global user's department.
- Rule String: %UDEPT%
- Size/Type: 50 characters
- Assigned Policy

Specifies the assigned policy of the Lotus Notes/Domino account.
- Manager of an Account

Specifies the manager of the account. Click the Browse button to search and add a manager.
