Endpoint Tab
Use this tab to register or view the properties of a Lotus Notes/Domino server.
The fields in this tab are listed below:
- Endpoint Name

- Specifies the common name of the remote Lotus Notes/Domino server. This is the name that appears in the Provisioning Manager.
- Size/Type: 64 characters; commas and semi-colons are not allowed
- This is a required field.
- Description
-
- Specifies a description of the Lotus Notes/Domino server.
- Size/Type: 128 characters
- Domino Server Name
-
- Specifies the name of the Domino server.
- This is a required field.
- Administrator Name
-
- Specifies the user name of the administrator authorized to access the Lotus Notes/Domino server.
- Size/Type: 65 characters
- This is a required field.
- Administrator Password
-
- Specifies the password of the administrator authorized to access the Lotus Notes/Domino server.
- Size/Type: 64 characters
- This is a required field.
- DIIOP Port
-
- Specifies the port to be used by the the Lotus Domino Toolkit for Java/CORBA 2.1 interface.
- The default port is 63148.
- Use SSL/TLS
-
- Specifies whether SSL or TLS is to be used to secure communications.
- You can choose from one of the following:
- Mail File and Replica Options
-
From this combo box you can choose to do one of the following to the mail file and/or replica:
- Don't Delete
- Delete Mail File
- Delete Mail File and Replica
Note: If you choose to delete the mail file or the mail file and replica, you must restart the Provisioning Server.
- Propogate Global User Password to Internet Password

- Check this box to allow the global user password to propagate to the internet password.
- This is a required field.
- Default Account Template
-
Specifies the default account template of the endpoint. The default account template is used to create new accounts on the endpoint Click the Browse button to search and add account templates.
