Account Tab

Use this tab to view and modify the properties for this user profile and account template.

The fields in this tab are listed below:

Account ID

• Specifies the user name of the PeopleSoft user profile.
• This is a required field.

Description

• Describes the name of the user profile or account template.

Symbolic Id

• Specifies the symbolic id for this user profile or account template. Click the Browse button change the Symbolic Id.

UserID Alias

• Specifies that an alias is to be used when logging on in place of the userID.

Password

• Specifies the password of the current user.
• This is a required field.

Confirm Password

• Retype the password to confirm.
• This is a required field.

Expire Password at Next Logon

Check this box to have the password expire the next time you log on.

Suspended

When checked, specifies that the account is suspended.

Language Code

Specifies the language spoken by the owner of the user profile. Click the Browse button to change the language code.

Currency Code

Specifies the currency used by the owner of the user profile. Click the Browse button to change the currency code.

Default Mobile Page

Specifies the default mobile page of the owner of the user profile. Click the Browse button to change the default mobile page.

Enable Expert Entry

When checked, specifies that owner of the user profile is an expert.

Allow Switch User

When checked, specifies that the owner of the user profile can be switched to another user.

Navigator Homepage

Specifies the homepage that is available for this user profile or account template. Click the Browse button to change the Navigator homepage.

Process Profile

Specifies the process profiles available for this user profile or account template. Click the Browse button to change the process profile.

Primary

Specifies the primary permission list available for this user profile or account template. Click the Browse button to change the primary permission list.

Row Security

Specifies the security available for this user profile or account template. Click the Browse button to change the row security.
