The View User Activity Task

User activity is a history of tasks that involve a specific user. Administrators can use the View User Activity task to track the following user information:

• Tasks performed on the user
• Tasks performed by the user
• Workflow approvals performed by the user

To view user activity

1. Navigate to Users, Manage Users, View User Activity.

   The Select User screen appears.

2. Search for a user and click Select.

   The View User Activity screen appears.
