Administrators Tab

Use this tab to add, edit, or remove admin policies. Each row in the table is an admin policy. If a user meets the admin rule, that user has the associated scope and privileges defined in the policy.

• Admin Rule--Defines conditions for a user to be a role member.
• User Scope Rule--Limits the users who can be managed as members or administrators of this role.
• Manage Members--The administrator can add and remove members.
• Manage Administrators--The administrator can add and remove administrators.

If you enable Administrators can add and remove administrators of this role, these options appear:

• Add Action--Changes to a user profile when a user is added as an administrator of this role.

  The change must make the user meet an admin rule.

• Remove Action--Changes to a user profile when a user is removed as an administrator of this role.

  The change must prevent the user from meeting any admin rule.

For modify and create tasks:

• Click Add to define more admin policies.
• Click the forward symbol to edit an admin policy.
